Land-Use and 4WD Associations
Local Clubs Meets the first Tuesday of every month at the Sagebrush Steakhouse in Oak Ridge, for dinner. Vehicles range from modified stock to 2.5 ton axles and 44" Boggers. Current membership is around 25 familes.
Meets
the first Monday of every month at the Chilis in West Knoxville at 7pm.
Vehicles tend toward the more modified side, but anyone is welcome to
join and ride. There are no club dues, only a requirement that members
belong to Southern 4WD Association.
Meets the second Monday of every month at the Shoney's in Harriman. Vehicles range from completely stock to heavily modified. Current membership is over 30 families. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Meets the third Saturday of every month at Thunder World in Maryville at 7:30pm. Vehicles are typically supersized with ton axles and larger tires. Emphasis is on trail development at Coal Creek OHV Area. Current membership is about 30 families.
Meets the second Tuesday of every month at the Rib & Loin near Northgate Mall in Chattanooga. Vehicles are typicallymodified but all are encouraged to attend.
Windrock
ATV club is the main drive behind Coal Creek OHV Are at Windrock Mountain.
They are the largest ATV Club in the state and one of the few chartered
clubs in Tennessee. The club meets the last Tuesday of every month at
the Norwood Boys Club from 7-9 p.m., in Oliver Springs, TN. They have
over 300 members in several southern states.
